With three levels of display space and a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the Federal ITR4826-B18 display case is ideal for merchandising cheesecakes, pies, and other baked goods. Because it measures 48 inches wide by 30 3⁄4 inches deep by 44 inches high, it's designed for floor placement. To account for sloped, bumpy, or uneven flooring, employees can adjust this unit's leg levelers.
The Federal ITR4826-B18 bakery case's interior is made of stainless steel to ease cleaning and resistance to rust and corrosion. Operators can choose between six laminate options for the exterior, and to encourage impulse purchases by illuminating the display, this unit is equipped with LED interior lighting.
