Federal ITR4826 Description
Built for drop-in countertop placement, the Federal ITR4826 display case measures 48 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 42 inches high. Operators can display cheesecakes, fruit pies, and other baked sweets on its three levels, which are brightened with LED lighting to encourage impulse purchases. To withstand heavy use and streamline clean, this unit's interior is made of rust-, corrosion-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel.
The Federal ITR4826 bakery case features a self-contained refrigeration system to expedite the installation process. It holds product at an average temperature of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and operates with R513A refrigerant. To improve convenience and reduce necessary labor, this unit has an on-demand defrost function. Its textured gray exterior blends in with existing equipment to create a neutral, professional presentation.
