Federal CGR5942 Description
A three-level, full-service unit, the Federal CGR5942 bakery case measures 59 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 42 inches high. It features tempered glass sides and doors, a tempered curved glass front, and LED interior lighting to draw attention to available pastries, pies, or cakes and encourage impulse purchases. For displaying a variety of baked goods, its shelves can be adjusted, removed, or tilted, and in the event of uneven flooring, operators can adjust this unit's leg levelers. Its black exterior and trim create a sleek, modern look that complements existing equipment.
To simplify installation, the Federal CGR5942 display case's refrigeration system is self-contained. It's equipped with a low-velocity fan system and oversized coil that maintain humidity as well as an insulated evaporator coil that is housed in a rust- and scratch-resistant compartment. This system uses R513A refrigerant to maintain average temperatures of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The steel base provides additional rust resistance and durability, while its removable rear doors facilitate thorough cleaning.
