Federal CGD5948 Description
Built for durability, the Federal CGD5948 bakery case features a steel base and tempered glass front, ends, and doors. Its black exterior complements existing equipment, while its white interior and shelves create a clean, bright backdrop for pastries and baked goods. For multi-tiered cakes, its three shelves can be adjusted or removed, and for a full view of smaller items, they can be tilted to one of three positions. To further enhance product visibility and encourage impulse purchases, this unit is designed with a curved glass front and LED interior lighting. To prevent heat buildup from the lights, its scratch- and corrosion-resistant display deck is vented.
The Federal CGD5948 display case is a full-service model with sliding rear doors that enable bakery attendants to serve customers from behind the counter. When thorough cleaning is required, the doors can be removed and the curved glass front can be tilted out. This unit is mounted on leg levelers that can be adjusted to account for uneven or bumpy flooring. Overall, it measures 59 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 48 inches high.
