For perishables, bagged or boxed goods, small pieces of equipment, or cleaning and cooking supplies, these shelves are fitted with louvered polymer inserts that enhance air circulation and minimize moisture and dust buildup. These inserts can be removed and washed in a dishmachine between uses to simplify cleaning. The internal angle configuration system strengthens the shelves, eliminating the need for cross bracing, so employees can insert and retrieve products from both sides. As inventory changes, the shelves can be adjusted along preset positions spaced 6 inches apart.
