Kai AB7062 Description
The Kai AB7062 Luna bread knife features a hammered, mirror-polished finish that enhances food release and adds a refined look. Its 9-inch blade is constructed of high-carbon, high-chromium German stainless steel for edge retention and durability. Wide serrations along the edge grip crusty surfaces while keeping soft interiors intact. Fitted with a soft-grip handle for comfort and control, this knife also includes a protective sheath for safe storage. To maintain its finish and performance, it's not dishwasher safe.
