Libbey 977 030 Description
The Libbey 977 030 dessert fork (formerly known as World Tableware 977 030) features a Slate pattern that incorporates bold lines on the handle to emphasize its squareness, while intricate bands built into the neck add a subtle detail. Its 18/0 stainless steel construction is strong enough for daily applications in high-traffic restaurants, but it's less expensive to replace than 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel flatware because it doesn't contain nickel. This 7 3⁄8-inch-long fork can be used to puncture and lift soft desserts, such as cheesecake and tiramisu.
