The Dormont RV48CL-42 convertible gas regulator is used to manage flow for gas-heated kitchen appliances. So it can handle flow for several appliances at the same time, such as ovens, ranges, or fryers, the regulator has a 250,000 to 400,000-BTU capacity. With multi-position capability, the regulator can be oriented to whatever position best fits into available kitchen space, while the aluminum casting gives the unit strength and resilience.
