The Panasonic NE-21521 commercial microwave oven has a top and bottom energy feed that increase efficiency since it has less distance to travel to reach food. The grab-and-go handle is easy to grip and endures high-volume use, and the oven has a patented safety door seal system. Programmable memory pads let you customize time and power levels for dishes on your menu for fast and easy use. With five-stage cooking, you can defrost food on one level, then the other four will finish cooking the food. This oven is equipped with fifteen power levels and a digital display with the countdown time. These microwave ovens are stackable to help conserve space on your countertop. The Panasonic NE-21521 commercial microwave oven runs self-diagnostics to help you keep up with maintenance.
