The 1700-watt Panasonic NE-17521 PRO1 commercial microwave is powerful enough to be used at server stations, coffee shops, break rooms, and high-volume convenience stores. The programmable memory can store 60 combinations of cook time and power level settings for frequently cooked foods, providing consistency among menu items. To ensure food is cooked to the desired level, this model has 15 different power levels and 5-stage cooking that transitions automatically through several power levels. An LCD digital display shows the time countdown so users can see how much time is left in the cooking cycle.
The LED-lit interior is brighter and more energy efficient than traditional bulbs, so users can monitor food while it cooks. This Panasonic NE-17521 commercial microwave oven runs self-diagnostics to help users maintain the oven, and an air filter reminder indicates when it is time to clean the filter. Both the air filter and the ceiling splatter shield are removable to expedite cleaning.
