Constructed with a stainless steel cabinet and cavity, the Panasonic NE-12523 commercial microwave oven is easy to clean and resistant to dents and stains. This model can hold 90 programmable memories with three power levels to maintain consistent results regardless of the operator. With 1200 watts and two magnetrons, this microwave packs enough power to cook full meals and can reduce its power enough to provide a 60-minute defrost feature. This oven has independently controlled top and bottom energy feeds, cooking food faster and increasing efficiency. The grab-and-go door handle is very durable and easy to operate. The Panasonic NE-12523 commercial microwave oven runs self-diagnostics to help you maintain the unit.
