Vollrath N5300 Description
The Vollrath N5300 Wear-Ever® full-size sheet pan is made of aluminum, which resists corrosion and provides strength. This material also heats quickly, and the concave bottom flattens as it is heated to provide even heat distribution. The edges are reinforced by a galvanized rod to help prevent warping. For secure stacking, the pan has a tapered design.
