Vollrath HDCCV-48 Description
This Vollrath HDCCV-48 full-service countertop heated display case is a unit made of black metal and glass for durability and visibility. The front glass piece is curved for visual appeal and limited glare, while the interior can be accessed from the back by using the sliding glass doors. The glass in this unit is double-paned, filled with argon, and sealed to withstand and retain heat.
The heating system in this Vollrath HDCCV-48 countertop display case works to keep the internal temperature between 104 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The inside of the case has an adjustable floating shelf and LED lights for visibility. The full unit measures 47 9⁄10 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 32 inches high.
