Vollrath CBGMD-60 Description
The Vollrath CBGMD-60 gas charbroiler measures 60 inches wide and sits on 4-inch adjustable legs for better airflow. Its stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to corrosion. This unit must be placed adjacent to non-combustible surfaces with a minimum 6-inch clearance in the rear. It features a 3-inch-high backsplash and side splashes to protect surrounding areas from grease, while the drip trays at the bottom catch any excess.
The reversible grill plate of the Vollrath CBGMD-60 charbroiler features a narrower side for red meats and a wider side for delicate fish and chicken. Heat evenly warms the cooking surface via a radiant element, while users can adjust temperatures using the metal control knobs. Four burners below the griddle are placed every 6 inches, and users can adjust the strength of the pilot light through the pilot light access hole.
