Vollrath CBGMD-48 Description
The griddle plate of the Vollrath CBGMD-48 medium-duty charbroiler measures 48 inches wide and has three burners located every 6 inches underneath the grill. The radiant heating element works in tandem with the burners to transfer warmth to the surface. This versatile griddle has a narrow end for fatter meats and a wider end for delicate meats. The adapter bar adjusts the charbroiler’s griddle higher or lower, navigating the griddle away from the heat for less intense cooking.
Located at the front of the Vollrath CBGMD-48 charbroiler are heavy-duty metal knobs that adjust the temperature. The pilot light that ignites the main burners is adjusted through the pilot light access hole. This charbroiler features a backsplash, tapered sides, and drip tray to keep surrounding areas clean. The unit's casing is constructed of durable stainless steel and is supported by 4-inch adjustable legs.
