Vollrath CBGHD-60 Description
The Vollrath CBGHD-60 heavy-duty gas charbroiler is natural gas-ready and simple to convert to liquid propane using the included kit. The 60-inch-wide upper griddle has 10 burners underneath, with radiants located directly above the burners to efficiently transfer heat to the griddle. The burners are placed 6 inches apart for better coverage and are heated via the pilot light, which can be adjusted through the pilot access hole. The reversible griddle plate has a narrow design, with grease-draining channels great for steaks and a flat, wide surface for delicate fish. The adapter bars can reverse the plate for more gradual cooking and reduced grease flareups.
The front of the Vollrath CBGHD-60 charbroiler with a reversible grill plate features simple-to-use control knobs that enable manual heat adjustment for operator convenience. The casing of the charbroiler is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the bull-nose design protects the user from burns. The drip trays collect grease , and the charbroiler can be easily positioned on worktops as it sits on 4-inch adjustable feet.
