Vollrath CBGHD-48 Description
The Vollrath CBGHD-48 gas charbroiler has a compact, small size ideal for most kitchen countertops; it measures 48 inches wide by 32 3⁄8 inches deep by 16 3⁄8 inches high overall. The body is installed with 4-inch-high legs that are adjustable to 5 inches as needed. This charbroiler must be installed adjacent to non-combustible surfaces with a minimum spacing of 6 inches. The casing of this gas charbroiler is made of durable and corrosion resistant stainless steel, which is simple to wipe down for efficient end-of-day cleaning processes.
The Vollrath CBGHD-48 heavy-duty gas charbroiler has eight burners spaced 6 inches apart below its griddle. Cast iron radiants direct heat towards the grates for fully-cooked processes. Users can adjust the intensity of the pilot light, which heats the burners, using the pilot access hole. The four knobs located at the front of the body enable users to manually adjust temperature settings for precise cooking control. The grill plate provides a fully reversible configuration, presenting a narrow side with grease-draining channels and a flat, wide surface for delicate items. The burners produce a heat output of 160,000 BTU.
