Vollrath CBGHD-36 Description
The CBGHD-36 gas charbroiler features a 36-inch-wide surface with a narrow side for steaks and a wide-ridged side for more delicate items such as fish or shrimp. Six burners are placed 6 inches apart on the cast iron grill plate to evenly distribute heat and ensure consistent cooking results. This unit features adapter bars to move the grill plates away from the heat source for slower, more gradual cooking. This charbroiler's radiant heat element directs heat to the cooking surface. The pilot light has a front access hole to adjust flame strength to the burners.
The Vollrath CBGHD-36 charbroiler includes a 4 3⁄8-inch-high backsplash and tapered side splashes to contain grease and oil messes. To maintain a clean cooking area, it features a drip tray to catch grease. Overall, this gas charbroiler measures 36 inches wide by 32 3⁄8 inches deep by 16 3⁄8 inches high and sits on 4-inch legs. It has welded, stainless steel construction for durability corrosion resistance and metal control knobs for convenience and an extended lifetime.
