Vollrath CBGHD-24 24" Heavy-Duty Gas Charbroiler w/ Reversible Grill Plates - Stainless Steel, Convertible

The Vollrath CBGHD-24 heavy-duty charbroiler features four burners, with one placed every 6 inches. The pilot light has a front access hole so users can adjust flame intensity to the burners. The cast iron surface effectively transfers heat for even cooking. The radiant setup gradually heats the cooking surface, and the fully reversible plate has a narrow side with fat-draining channels and a flat, wide surface. Its flames are adjustable, and its knob controls are made of heavy-duty metal to last through a long service life.

The Vollrath CBGHD-24 charbroiler is constructed of stainless steel for simple cleanup after use, while its 4³/₈-inch-high back and walls contain messes and protect surroundings from grease and oil. The included adapter bars enable users to adjust the grill plates away from the heat for more gradual cooking processes while minimizing flare ups. It measures 24 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 16³/₈ inches high and has an integrated drip tray to collect excess grease and oil.
