In a single work day, the Vollrath BCO-3000 EaziClean® medium-duty can opener opens (20) No. 10 cans. With this volume, it is a medium-duty opener in the EaziClean series, which is designated by the yellow collar around the shaft, as heavy-duty units have a blue collar and Titan units have black collars. This can opener operates manually with an ergonomic design. As the gear is turned, the dishwasher-safe cutting mechanisms open the cans with a clean cut, eliminating fraying that can result in unsafe metal shavings.
