Vollrath 939001 Description
The Vollrath 939001 full-size sheet pan is made of durable 16-gauge aluminum that heats up quickly. As the pan heats up, its concave bottom flattens to ensure even heat distribution. A bead reinforces the edges, and since it is fully encapsulated, the pan is protected from corrosion. This dish can be stacked with other pans since it is tapered.
