Vollrath 90242 Description
The Vollrath 90242 Super Pan 3® half-size steam pan can be stacked with others and has lugs to reduce the risk of jamming. Grabbing the pan is comfortable with its flat edges, which are resistant to bending. With reinforced corners, the pan withstands heavy use. The spout-like shape of the corners enables pouring without spilling product. As much as 6.3 quarts of product fits in the pan, and it has a 4-inch depth.
