Vollrath 9003 Description
The Vollrath 9003 full-size sheet pan is made of lightweight aluminum alloy. Its edge has a durable closed bead that is reinforced with a galvanized rod. To ensure the pan distributes heat evenly, the concave bottom flattens when baked. With its tapered design, the pan can be stacked with others without sticking.
