Vollrath 9002P Description
The Vollrath 9002P Wear-Ever® full-size sheet pan is perforated so air flows through and produces a crispy crust. When heated, the concave bottom flattens and creates an even heat pattern. To add strength and support to the closed bead structure, this pan has rust-resistant, galvanized rods. Resisting scratches and dents, the Vollrath 9002P sheet pan is made of an aluminum alloy.
