The Vollrath 90023 Super Pan 3® steam table pan is constructed of durable, scratch-resistant stainless steel for environments where it will withstand intensive use. It's designed with small perforations that enable moisture to drain freely while retaining food contents. For additional durability, it features flanged corners that resist denting.
