Vollrath 90022 Description
Great for holding entrees such as chicken, pasta, and meatloaf on a buffet line, the Vollrath 90022 full-size steam pan has a 9-quart capacity. Built-in lugs ensure the pan doesn't jam against other pans, so it can be stacked after use. Its stainless steel construction is durable enough for repeated use, resisting rust and corrosion. Featuring ramped sides, this pan's design doesn't let liquid product spill out. Overall, it measures 20 7⁄8 inches wide, 12 13⁄16 inches deep, and 2 1⁄2 inches high.
