Measuring 12 13⁄16 inches long by 10 3⁄8 inches wide by 6 inches high, the Vollrath 8026410 Super Pan® food pan accommodates half-size configurations. Its top flange corners feature a concave indention that prevents sticking when stacked, while the ramped sides and framing shoulder enhance handling and organization. Constructed of clear, low-temp polycarbonate, this pan defends against cracking in cold conditions and interchanges with the SPV stainless steel pan line. For extra structural support, the pan's reverse form flattened edge reinforces the rim.
