This cookware is ideal for gas and electric ovens; it withstands 450 degrees with continuous use and 600 degrees Fahrenheit with intermittent application. While users cook at high heat, it can be maneuvered with the EverTite™ riveted silicone handle that reduces heat transfer to palms.
