Vollrath 77350 Description
The Vollrath 77350 Super Pan® full-size, cook-chill steam pan cover will not rust or bend since it is made of stainless steel. It fits full-size pans (sold separately) and has raised edge handles that help staff lift the cover and transport the pan. When used during the cook-chill process, it provides fast, even chilling and retherm.
