Nice cooling & cooking grate
This is perfect for baking bacon. I called Vollrath and they said it's oven safe up to 400. It's a nice heavy rack and will be great for those small cookies to cool on since it's a grid pattern. Love that it has no aluminum and can go in the dishwasher. KaTom got it to me super fast.
Great price and value
I use these for smoking so I can smoke in pans but keep the meat off bottom of pan and get smoke to all the meat. These clean easily.
