Vollrath 741101D Description
The Vollrath 741101D Mirage® drop-in induction rethermalizer has a maximum temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it heats pans using induction, it can be used dry, eliminating the time and effort necessary for a water bath. The warmer’s 11-quart inset can hold a variety of products, from chicken soup to spaghetti sauce. It is fitted with sensors that activate the rethermalizer’s stir indicator when action is needed and decrease the amount of burnt food by detecting when the inset is almost empty. Several presets speed up the cooking process for popular dishes, and a locking function keeps settings unaltered.
