Vollrath 74110140 Description
The Vollrath 74110140 Mirage® induction countertop rethermalizer is energy efficient and convenient to clean, while its 11-quart, induction-based well saves more energy than a traditional water-bath rethermalizer. This unit features sensors that activate an LED stir indicator and detect when the inset is almost empty, preventing food residue from burning onto the inset. Four presets—broth soups, créme soups, chili, and mac and cheese—offer quick go-to settings that can save the user time. Settings can also be locked to prevent unauthorized use, and this unit comes with an induction-ready inset and hinged cover.
