Vollrath 74110110 Description
Rethermalizing product is optimized by the Vollrath 74110110 Mirage® countertop soup warmer. 3D induction coils ensure food is heated to a maximum 190 degrees Fahrenheit consistently and efficiently, and internal sensors monitor the unit’s inset to notify users when food should be stirred to prevent it from burning. Because the unit heats with induction, it is suitable for dry operation, which eliminates the time and financial cost of maintaining a water bath. It has highly visible LED control buttons and includes preset options such as broth soups and mac and cheese. The controls can be locked to protect the unit from unauthorized use.
