Vollrath 72789 Countertop Food Warmer - Wet w/ (2) Full Size Pan Wells, 120v

Keeping their contents warm in the kitchen or in the front-of-house buffet, the Vollrath 72789 Cayenne® dual warmer has two compartments that hold two full-sized food pans. For use on the countertop, the unit is mounted on nonskid feet that prevent sliding. The interior of the warmer is black, and its stainless steel exterior is durable against corrosion.

The Vollrath 72789 countertop hot food well has a dome heating element controlled by a capillary tube thermostat. When the wells' water is low, a light alerts users. To turn the unit off and on, users can flip the lighted switch.
