The Vollrath 7277124 Cayenne® heated shelf features a durable, rope-style heating element that warms its conductive aluminum core for even heat distribution. This unit is divided into a 24-inch-wide by 13 2⁄5-inch-deep front heat zone and a 24-inch-wide by 6 3⁄5-inch-deep back heat zone to accommodate products with different holding requirements simultaneously. During peak periods, operators can use both zones, and after the lunch rush, one zone can be powered off for energy conservation. Staff can adjust and monitor temperature levels with the two accessible right-aligned thermostatic controls.
For placement on buffet lines, pickup stations, and self-service areas requiring an additional heated surface, this Vollrath 7277124 right-aligned heated shelf measures 24 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 2 3⁄4 inches high.
