Vollrath 722130 Description
For comfortable handling, the Vollrath 722130 Tribute® sauce pan flaunts a nonslip silicone handle that resists temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit; it's best suited for consistent use with temperatures no higher than 450 degrees Fahrenheit. An EverTite™ riveting system connects this handle to the pan's base for enhanced structural support. Great for sauces and gravies, this pan boasts a 3-quart capacity and has a usable surface area of 5 3⁄4 inches in diameter by 3 13⁄50 inches high. This surface features a natural finish that evenly distributes heat during cooking. To best preserve the finish, it's recommended the piece be hand washed only. To conduct and distribute heat evenly, while accommodating gas, electric, and induction cooktops, this tri-layered pan features an 18/0 exterior, with an 18/0 interior, and a 3004 aluminum core construction.
