Vollrath 722120 2 qt Tribute® Stainless Steel Saucepan w/ Hollow Silicone Handle - Induction Ready

Suitable for electric, gas, or induction ranges, the Vollrath 722120 three-play sauce pan features a conductive 3004 aluminum core with a sturdy 18/0 stainless steel exterior and an 18/8 stainless steel interior. It flaunts a natural finish that should be cleaned by hand and is attached to a silicone handle with EverTite™ rivets. This handle's no-slip grip eases transportation and is heat resistant for safe, intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For best use, though, it is recommended that operators do not expose the handle to consistent temperatures above 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The pan's surface area measures 5¹⁄₄ inches in diameter by 2³⁹/₁₀₀ inches high and can hold as much as 2 quarts of sauce, soup, rice, or gravy.
