Vollrath 72175 11 qt Countertop Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, 120v

The Volrath 72175 Colonial Kettle™ rethermalizer is designed with a self-insulating well to retain heat and conserve energy. Its shouldered vegetable insets can be transported more safely than bain marie units, and its cast heating element provides fast, direct heat. To reduce the risk of inadvertent temperature changes, this unit is equipped with recessed controls.

The strong aluminum body of the Vollrath 72175 countertop soup warmer is coated with epoxy to provide additional durability. This unit has a capacity of 11 quarts, making it ideal for high-volume applications. Because it is black, it will complement almost any existing d&eacut;cor.
