The Vollrath 7203102 countertop soup warmer is decorated with Tuscan graphics on the base and menu board—this attracts customer attentions and visibly identifies product inside the warmer. Made of powder-coated carbon steel, the menu board resists rust and bending and can withstand extended use. A clear coating is applied on the menu board graphics to protect them from scratches and scuffing, extending the lifespan of the images.

Because the Vollrath 7203102 countertop soup warmer has dual thermostatic controls, users can precisely adjust separate temperature settings for each of the two self-insulating wells. This provides the ability to serve two different styles of soup from the same warmer. Each 7-quart warming well can house a 7¹⁄₄-quart drop-in for 14¹⁄₂ quarts of hot soup in total. The nonstick, cast aluminum heating element reaches the desired temperature quickly and its coating protects it from burnt-on food debris.
