Vollrath 72021 Description
Able to take cold foods past the HACCP "danger zone" of 165 degrees Fahrenheit in only 90 minutes, the Vollrath 72021 Cayenne® countertop soup warmer holds 11 quarts of food. Its non-stick aluminum dome heating element uses little energy, reduces scale buildup, and offers an extended operating life. The low-water indicator light assists users in keeping the product properly maintained, and nonskid feet keep the unit from sliding around on the countertop.
Because operator safety is a necessity when using the Vollrath 72021 soup warmer, the stainless steel exterior prevents heat from escaping and recessed controls reduce accidental temperature changes. Compared to other units, this unit has an increased water capacity, which helps it maintain even heating and improves food quality by retaining moisture. This unit is able to hold temperatures over 150 degrees Fahrenheit when food is stirred, water is at the correct level, and a covered pan is used.
