The Vollrath 72013 countertop food pan warmer is designed to keep food at safe serving temperatures with its user-adjustable thermostatic control. Able to be set between 104 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit provides precise heat adjustment through a front-access dial with 10 settings. Its stainless steel well accommodates half-size long, fourth-size, and sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep, making it a versatile choice for a variety of foodservice needs.
Constructed for durability and simple cleaning, the Vollrath 72013 features a stainless steel well and nonskid rubber feet to prevent sliding during operation. The indicator light alerts users when water needs to be added to the well, and a lighted on/off switch provides a clear status indication.
