Vollrath 70242 Description
Intended to hold foods between -20 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vollrath 70242 Super Pan V® has a 4-inch-tall, half-size food pan structure that accommodates 6.7 quarts of side dishes, entrees, and salad toppings. To streamline cleaning, its stainless steel construction is made with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating. It features an anti-jamming design that can be lifted out of a buffet or steam table briskly; its reverse-formed, flattened edges secure the pan in place throughout use.
