Vollrath 70222 Description
To secure the Vollrath 70222 Super Pan V® half-size food pan in place on a buffet or steam table, it has reverse-formed, flattened edges, and its anti-jamming design simplifies removal. Comprised of stainless steel, it endures heavy-duty wear and is coated with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick material to help minimize buildup when cleaning. As a half-size steam pan, it holds 4.3 quarts of product in its 2 1⁄2-inch-tall structure. For versatility, it tolerates temperatures from -20 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
