Vollrath 702135 Description
The Vollrath 702135 Tribute® series sauce pan features an 8-inch-diameter by 43/25-inch-high cooking surface and can hold as much as 31⁄2 quarts of soup, rice, sauce, or gravy. Its three-layered body features a 3004 aluminum core with an 18/8 stainless steel interior and an 18/0 stainless steel exterior that's induction compatible. Because of this construction, users should only clean this piece by hand to protect the product from warping. The surface sports a natural finish to ensure even heat distribution, and for enhanced structural integrity, the TriVent® handle is connected to the base of the saucepan using an EverTite™ riveting system. To protect hands from burns, this handle has a nonslip silicone grip that withstands continuous use at 450 degrees Fahrenheit or inconsistent use at 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
