Vollrath 700-1 Description
The Vollrath Redco® Wedgemaster™ II slicer can cut six uniform slices to improve food and drink presentation. By placing fruit on the base and pushing down, the unit turns lemons into wedges for tea trim and limes into martini ornamentation. The slicer's base has three wide, evenly spaced legs that prevent slipping.
