Vollrath 692385 Description
The Vollrath 692385 saucepan is constructed of aluminum featuring a nonstick coating that helps prevent food from adhering to the metal as it cooks and facilitates an efficient cleaning process. In order to preserve the life of this nonstick coating, the pan should be washed by hand. It has an 8 1⁄2-quart capacity—an ideal size for cooking sauces and soups. The circular saucepan is black with a handle that's connected through a secure riveting system. The handle is hollow black silicone and can resist continuous heat as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
