The aluminum Vollrath 692355 saucepan has a 5¹/₂-quart capacity for preparing sauces and small batches of soup. The nonstick coating helps stop the food being cooked from burning and sticking to the pan's sides, and to preserve the nonstick coating, the pan must be cleaned by hand. The pan's handle is attached to the body with secure rivets and is made of hollow black silicone. To protect employees, the handle resists heat transfer, and it's designed to withstand 450-degree-Fahrenheit temperatures consistently.
