Vollrath 692345 Description
The circular Vollrath 692345 saucepan is constructed of lightweight aluminum that effectively conducts heat around the entire pan. The inside of the pan is equipped with a nonstick coating that helps stop the food being prepared from sticking to the pan, and a black silicone handle is attached securely to the side of the pan with rivets. This handle is built to withstand consistent high temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and it has a 41/2-quart capacity.
