Vollrath 692315 Description
The Vollrath 692315 saucepan features a heat-resistant black silicone handle designed to protect the hands of the user by limiting heat transfer. It can resist continual exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The circular pan is equipped with a SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating designed to help stop sauces and ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the pan and burning. In order to lengthen the life of the nonstick coating, the saucepan should be washed by hand.
