Vollrath 692185 Description
For creating thick or thin sauces, the Vollrath 692185 Wear-Ever® Classic Select® saucepan measures 17 22⁄25 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 7 2⁄5 inches high. This cookware is made of aluminum with straight walls—ideal for stirring sauces inside its 8 1⁄2-quart capacity. Its natural finish is compatible with oils or grease for a uniform, fully cooked result and features a silicone handle to reduce heat transfer to palms. After use, it should be cleaned with hot water and a mild dish detergent.
